Matt Kuchar had a win today that I am sure he will never forget. It was his 1st victory on tour in 7 years and he really had to work for it. Kuchar and Vaughn Taylor both finished their final round with 271 and entered a play-off. They were neck and neck and it took 6 holes before Kuchar dropped an 18-inch putt to secure victory. He played brilliantly all week and it was such an exciting final round to the Turning Stone tournament. A huge congratulations to Matt from everyone here at Team Badds.
Aaron had a good solid week after his break. After shooting a 70 and 68 for his 1st 2 rounds, he entered the weekend with a share for 14th place. A 73 on Saturday cost him a few places on the leader board, however he was able to finish the week off with a 68 today, placing him with a share of 29th place.
We catch up with Badds again next week at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children’s Open.
